Return And Exchange Policies

At Farar Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fragrances, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Products are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions below.


Eligible for Exchange If:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery


Not Eligible for Exchange If:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The issue is based on personal preference (e.g., scent choice, longevity, intensity)

  • The product was purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)


Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Share your order number and clear images/video of the product

  3. Once approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same or another product of equal value

If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference (if higher) or adjust with another product (if lower).


Shipping Costs

  • Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.


No Refund Policy

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, no refunds will be issued

  • This includes prepaid, COD, and promotional purchases
